Spring 2021 Fees: $130.00 (this does not include a uniform - players use their Fall uniform) 

* If a uniform is needed we may have some extras avaialable for purchase - only a jersey would be required*

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. 

COVID-19 Info Re: Soccer Play

If you register your son or daughter to play Spring Soccer you are agreeing to the following:

If your son/daughter comes in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19, you MUST let your coach know. The coach will then bring the info to the President of Hampton Attack Soccer Club to decide the next steps.

The Hampton Attack Soccer Club Board is a non-profit organization that work together to do what is in the best interest of the players in the club. During these unprecedented times we make the best decisions we can. So with regard to COVID-19, please be understanding that if decisions are made due to diagnosis or coming into contact with COVID-19, that we do so with the information we have and with the best intentions.

 

We are hopeful for a successful Spring soccer season.

 

Refund Policy

• All fees WILL be paid when registering. (If there is a need for financial assistance please fill out the online form below and return to Hampton Attack at president.attack@gmail.com and the board will review the application.

 

• Once it is determined there is enough players to create a team, players will be notified via email.

 

• Families will have 2 DAYS to turn down their emailed invitation to the following email address: president.attack@gmail.com.  If notification is not received and confirmed at this time, player fees will NOT be refunded.

 

* Please note: If the season is canceled after it has started due to COVID-19, NO REFUNDS will be given due to those fees already being paid out.
